Hotel is 10-15 min walking distance to Galleria Mall and a lot of Restaurants, Pharmacy and Grocery. Location is perfect if you’d like to stay abit far from busy downtown. Pool is closed for whatever reason but it doesn’t matter of course cos I’ve been touring out in my entire stay. Wifi is very good. Power socket anyhow is only one far from bed. And somehow my fast charger didn’t work. There must be a reason I know nothing about. It never runs out of hot water. Breakfast is amazing! Staff are attentive to your needs and very helpful. Express laundry is super express! Their driver Mr. Hussein Haddad is the best! Kudos to the team! I will be back for sure!

I am writing this review of the Geneva Hotel. We had a family suite, which included two rooms, a living room, and one bathroom. It was enough space for our family with two kids. The rooms were clean and convenient. The facilities in the hotel are nice, and the swimming pool was good. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of options, and they can cook omelette eggs for you. The coffee is good, so we were satisfied with our stay at the hotel.

I started with the front office team ..super friendly professional..thanks for Mr safwan alrigb and Mr alaa alnoimat ends with the greatest guy which he helps me to get my heart medicine fast .. special thanks to him mr Ahmad aljoghl also special thanks for the kitchen team the breakfast chief and his team ..what a lovely food

The staff are very helpful and friendly, sometimes they forget to replenish coffee and tea after cleaning l, but whenever we ask they bring us to the room,the breakfast is very good and the team are so helpful and very cooperative specially we have a small kid.
